The ultimate Thailand liveaboard boat

Deep Andaman Queen Liveaboard Thailand

Built in 2008 and fully renovated in 2019, the MV Deep Andaman Queen is one of the most popular Thailand liveaboards. Dedicated primarily to Andamans diving, she spends most of her time from mid-October to May each year in the northern region on our Similan Islands Liveaboard and Myanmar Liveaboard. From June to September, you’ll see her in waters further south on our Koh Lipe Liveaboard, Hin Daeng and Hin Muang Liveaboard, or exploring the Surin Islands on our South Andaman Liveaboard itinerary.

Custom Built for Scuba Diving in Thailand and Burma

There is a Colti Sub Nitrox membrane on board, meaning unlimited Enriched Air Nitrox fills are available for all of our divers. Our dive platform is one of the largest of any liveaboard in Thailand, ensuring safe and easy entry and exit on every dive. It comprises a wide and spacious equipment set-up area split between two levels, two exit ladders, and two freshwater showers for rinsing yourself and your equipment after every dive. We also have two large freshwater buckets for dive computers, torches, cameras, and other underwater photography equipment.

Comfortable and Luxurious Design

At MV Deep Andaman Queen, we believe Thailand liveaboards should be both practical and comfortable. With each of our liveaboards in Thailand and Myanmar starting at a 3-night stay, the boat has been designed for ultimate comfort with a luxurious feel. Our enormous sun deck is a favorite spot to relax between dives, review the theory elements of dive courses with your instructor,  and gather in the evening to socialize, share scuba diving stories, and discuss the dive sites for the following day. For those looking for some respite from the sun, our classic saloon is the perfect place to relax. It features comfortable seating, a widescreen TV, and plenty of space to chill out with a book or review the photos and video footage from your dives.

Sleeping and Eating

Sleeping arrangements have also been thoroughly considered. The boat has a variety of air-conditioned cabins to suit an array of guest requirements, including ocean view rooms, twin, triple, and quad cabins, and deluxe double rooms. So whichever of our Thailand liveaboard routes you choose, you'll be ensured a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The mantra for any Thailand liveaboard is “eat, sleep, dive, repeat,” and our front-of-house and catering team go the extra mile to ensure your daily meals are above and beyond your expectations. Providing three full meals throughout the day in addition to snacks and refreshments, our food service is widely regarded as a highlight of each liveaboard trip. The cuisine encompasses western food and southern Thai specialties. We are happy to cater to guest requests where possible and are always accommodating of food allergies and other dietary requirements.
